1.Full set of equipment including an oxygen concentrator and an oxygen mixer.
2.Or you can buy cylinders filled with oxygen, but you can use one cylinder for only about 16 times. So it ends up being more expensive in the long run. Especially if you have kids or just drink a few cocktails a day (which I am sure you are going to do anyway).
What You Need to Make an Oxygen Cocktail:
A foaming base. Which is usually licorice syrup or licorice extract. Which is in and of itself known for reducing inflammation, soothing and healing ulcer, controlling blood sugar, balancing hormones. You can also use egg whites or Oxygen Mixes.
Cold liquid ( water, juice , milk etc). Juices add a delicious flavor. Kids just love it! You need to make sure the juice does not contain pulp . Dark sweet juices (grape, cherry, pomegranate, blueberry etc) work the best, although other juices are great too( apple will be sweet, citrus juice might have sour-sweet taste and it doesn’t foam as much). You can also use herbal teas and herbal tinctures as the main ingredient in your oxygen cocktail. Oxygen will enhance the healing properties of herbs and will help deliver the them into your blood stream almost instantaneously ( versus when it isn’t a part of oxygen cocktail). Note that the colder the drink the thicker the foam.
Oxygen concentrator. There are different types of concentrators but to make a good quality oxygen cocktail you should opt for a concentrator with the volume of 5 liters per min. It will give you the 93 +- 3% of oxygen and will make the foam thicker.
Oxygen cocktail maker/mixer. There are 2 different types of oxygen cocktail makers. The Spoom mixer is a special oxygen cocktail mixer . It has a tube that transfers oxygen from oxygen concentrator to your glass to make a thick oxygen foam. There is also family oxygen cocktail mixer that you can rarely find online. They are cheaper but they make the foam more liquid.
Making oxygen cocktails is rather simple:
1.Pour 100ml of a cold liquid (milk, juice, herb extracts etc.) into a glass. Make sure to not use juice with pulp or nectar. Organic or fresh juices will give you the most nutrients you need to have a healthy, young, vital body. Dark juices ( grape, cherry, apple) work the best. Citrus juice is not recommended because the foam will be more liquid.
2. Add 2 grams of a foam-making ingredient ( oxygen cocktail mix, licorice syrup, egg white).
3.Then use an oxygen cocktail mixer connected to an oxygen concentrator to make your delicious treat. Enjoy it!
